Directions of my work
If things feel hard right now but you sense you want something to change — you are welcome to a session. Together we can begin to sort it out.
Anxiety
Thoughts keep spinning, and sleep and focus slip. Together we will look at what triggers the anxiety and how to manage it.
Difficult events (RTM)
A memory comes back and will not let go. You may still feel fear, horror and helplessness when you recall what happened — a crash, shelling, violence, surgery, news of a death, a sudden fright and the like. We can work through this with the RTM protocol.
Difficult events in a child (child RTM)
A child has faced something frightening, has become tearful, re-enacts the event in drawings or play, or has withdrawn. To address this, we use the child version of the RTM protocol.
Grief
If you have lost someone close and cannot recover. It may feel as if you are stuck, even though some time has already passed. I will help you find strength in yourself to move through this state.
Life difficulties (PM+)
Feeling stuck and unsure how to solve practical problems? You are invited to the PM+ (Problem Management Plus) programme, where you learn workable skills for managing stress and problems, social connection, restoring resources and keeping a steadier sense of wellbeing.
Relationships
When it is hard to reach an understanding with people close to you. We look at what you are going through, which needs are unmet, and how to speak so that you are heard.
If you have questions or are not sure which service to book, write to me in the chat window and I will gladly help you find your bearings.
