About

Hello — I'm Victoria, a psychologist working with CBT, PM+, RTM (adult and child versions), and a PM+ trainer-supervisor. I work with people going through a difficult period: anxiety, emotional exhaustion, inner tension, or a situation that feels hard to manage alone. In sessions we clarify what is happening in your life, what maintains the difficulty, and what can change. I help you look at the situation from another angle, understand thoughts and feelings more clearly, and find steps that fit your circumstances. Trust and safety in the working relationship matter to me, so you can speak about what truly concerns you without fear of judgment. I use evidence-informed methods chosen for the person's request and needs. If things feel hard and you want to start changing something — you are welcome to book a consultation. Together we can figure out where to begin.

Diplomas

Master’s degree in clinical psychology (UCU). Certificates: CBT+ counsellor, PM+, PM+ trainer-supervisor, RTM practitioner, 8-step grief counselling programme.
